Time to talk

Appointments are planned so there's room for questions, not just symptoms.

Every age

We care for newborns, grandparents and everyone in between, under one roof.

Plain language

You leave with a written summary of what we found and what happens next.

Services

Everyday medicine, done carefully.

Most of what a household needs in a year can be handled here. When you need a specialist, we help you find the right one and keep your notes in order.

Check-ups & screening

Annual reviews, blood pressure, cholesterol and age-appropriate screening, with results explained in person.

Family & children's care

Growth checks, childhood illnesses and gentle first visits, for children and the adults who bring them.

Women's health

Contraception advice, cervical screening, menopause support and care before and after pregnancy.

Minor procedures

Wound care, stitches, skin checks and simple removals, done in a calm treatment room.

Vaccinations

Routine immunisations, seasonal vaccines and travel advice, with a clear record of every dose.

Ongoing conditions

Steady support for asthma, diabetes, blood pressure and more, with a plan you helped write.

Your visit

Four quiet steps, start to finish.

First time with us? Here's what to expect, so nothing on the day comes as a surprise.

  1. Send a request

Tell us what you need and when suits you. We reply to confirm a time.

  2. Arrive and settle

A short welcome and a few questions in a quiet waiting room. No clipboard marathons.

  3. Talk it through

An unrushed consultation with an examination if needed and honest answers.

  4. Leave with a plan

A written summary, any prescriptions and a follow-up date if one is useful.

Our approach

Medicine that reads like a conversation.

We named the clinic after the humble paper notebook: things get written down, explained and revisited. Good care is attentive, clear and consistent.

  • Continuity firstWhere possible, you see the same clinician, so your history never has to be repeated.
  • Shared decisionsWe lay out the options and the trade-offs, then decide with you, not for you.
  • Calm spacesSoft light, quiet rooms and a pace that makes it easier to say what's really going on.

Questions

Before you book.

Are you taking new patients?

Yes. Use the request form and choose "New patient visit". We'll set aside a longer first appointment to get to know your history.

What should I bring to my first visit?

A list of any medicines you take, previous test results you have to hand, and any questions you'd like to cover. Writing them down helps.

Can I book for my child?

Of course. Add the child's name and age in the notes field and a parent or guardian should attend the appointment with them.

How do follow-ups work?

If a follow-up is useful, we'll suggest a date before you leave. You can also send a new request any time something changes.

Is this for emergencies?

No. For a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services straight away. The request form is for routine and same-day non-urgent care.
